Terms for using Techotsu's website and software.

General terms are still placeholder

Techotsu's general website terms below are placeholder text and will be completed before Techotsu offers services for general use. The CHRO-specific sections further down, however, are the operative terms for companies using the CHRO platform today. For questions, contact connect@techotsu.com.

CHRO Platform Terms

The CHRO platform (techotsu.com/chro) is a Human Resource Management System developed and operated by TechOtsu Intelligent Systems. By using this platform, your company agrees to:

  1. Employee data entered into CHRO belongs to your company and is not accessed by TechOtsu except for platform maintenance purposes.
  2. Documents generated through CHRO are for internal communication and operational purposes. They are not legally binding documents unless signed by authorized personnel and verified through proper legal channels.
  3. TechOtsu does not guarantee legal compliance of generated documents across all jurisdictions. Companies are responsible for ensuring documents meet local legal requirements.
  4. Data exports (CSV, PDF, JSON) are the company's responsibility to store securely.

Document Generation Terms

Documents generated through the CHRO Document Generation system:

  1. Are created using CSS/HTML templates for communication purposes.
  2. Carry the company's letterhead for identification and professional presentation.
  3. Are NOT substitutes for legally executed contracts, unless additionally verified and signed as per applicable law.
  4. The phrase "Powered by TechOtsu Intelligent Systems" on generated documents indicates the platform used for generation, not a certification of legal validity.
  5. TechOtsu is not liable for the content of documents generated by company HR administrators.

WeWork Admin Terms

The TechOtsu WeWork Admin panel (techotsu.com/atwork/admin) is restricted to authorized TechOtsu personnel only. Through this panel:

  1. TechOtsu administrators can create, modify, and deactivate company accounts on the CHRO platform.
  2. Document templates can be added, edited, and removed by TechOtsu administrators for client companies.
  3. Assessment configurations for hiring (techotsu.com/atwork) are managed exclusively through this panel.
  4. All changes made through the WeWork admin panel are logged and auditable.
  5. Access to WeWork admin is secured by PIN authorization and is not publicly accessible.
